Orbital welding with TIG method is used for projects requiring high quality, repeatable welds.

INOX uses complex computer-operated device by AMI – Arc Machines, Inc. with welding current of 3 – 150A in 100% cycle.

This device work together with closed head of M8-4000 series.

Welding process is performed without binder within the following diameters:
DN 10 to DN 80 according to ISO
DN 10 to DN 100 according to DIN 11850

Usage:

Automated orbital welding is used for installations made of corrosion resistant steels for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, etc.

This technology guarantees repeatability of welded joints at minimum welding inconsistencie.
