INSTALLATIONS AND ASSEMBLY
The company’s primary business activity is prefabrication and assembly of comprehensive technological and technical installations made of stainless and acid-resistant steels.
We work closely with our Customers at all project stages, from initial design preparation, through the production process, assembly and the start-up of complete technological lines.
We focus mainly on the following industries: food, brewery, beauty, chemical and similar ones.
Within the scope of technical installations including water, steam, condensate, and compressed air, we work with the representatives of all industries.
Our services include:
Current condition assessment, designing and post-completion documentation of pipeline installations
Production and assembly of single, double and triple shell installations, heated by water or steam, tightly insulated, used by example in chocolate production
Relocation and modernisations of existing technological lines
Pumping systems
Assembly and welding of the pipelines installations (including orbital welding)
Realization and assembly of the technical devices on the installations
Supporting constructions for pipelines
Heat and cold resistant technical insulations with stainless and aluminum steel shell
